FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does Trinity Professional Services do?

Trinity Professional Services advises organizations on leadership, systems, and execution. We help leaders clarify expectations, strengthen practical ways of working, and turn decisions into consistent follow-through.

The Trinity Way is our guiding philosophy: Leadership. Systems. Execution. Organizations perform at their best when these three work together. Trinity looks at how leaders set direction, how systems support people, and how teams carry priorities through to results.

Trinity works with leaders and organizations seeking clearer accountability, stronger teams, more useful systems, and better execution. We have particular experience in engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and other project-driven environments, but our advisory work is not limited to those industries.

Services include the Leadership & Execution Assessment, leadership and team development, systems and process improvement, execution and accountability support, and implementation or ongoing advisory. The scope is shaped around the organization’s needs. See our Services page for more detail.

No. Trinity advises organizations across industries. Tanita Gilbert Alexander’s background in engineering, project management, operations, and executive leadership gives Trinity particular insight into technical and project-driven work.

Trinity’s recommendations come from decades of leading people, projects, and organizations. We focus on practical changes leaders can use: clear expectations, communication, accountability, repeatable systems, and follow-through. We work with the people responsible for making those changes stick.

We begin with a conversation about your organization, its goals, and where results are falling short of expectations. From there, Trinity can recommend an assessment or a focused advisory engagement with a clear scope and next steps.

Both may be possible. An assessment can identify priorities and recommendations. Trinity can also support implementation, leadership development, and ongoing progress reviews when the organization needs help putting changes into practice.

Yes. Trinity is based in Dallas, Texas, and can work with organizations outside the state. The right mix of virtual and in-person work depends on the engagement.

Fees depend on the scope, duration, and level of support needed. After an initial conversation, Trinity will outline the proposed work and pricing before an engagement begins.
